At Namma Nuts, our food products are produced and processed without any artificial preservatives. Due to this natural approach, our products may occasionally attract worms, wasps, and other tiny insects. This is a normal occurrence and an indication of our commitment to offering preservative-free, wholesome foods.
If you find that a purchased product is infested and remains unopened, you are entitled to a one-to-one exchange at our store within 1 day of purchase. Alternatively, we encourage our buyers to place the purchased product in a tray and expose it to direct sunlight for 3 to 5 hours (when the day temperature is at least 35 degrees Celsius).
